David has served as Chief Legal Officer and executive team member for a $500M high-risk transport operator, is a former trial lawyer, a Wilderness EMT, PADI Rescue Diver, and multi-day expedition racer. He has been recognized for real-world rescue and incident response and has trained extensively in wilderness medicine, risk management, and backcountry operations.
